Readers without Borders

The Baltimore Sun published my op-ed today. It’s a tribute to Borders Bookstore and other businesses that have gone down in this economy. Read it here.

Read your article in The Baltimore Sun while relaxing on the beach. I am an adjunct professor of English, an avid reader of books, and must say your article was wonderful. I will miss Borders too, as I cannot seem to move on to books. I enjoy perusing the bookshelves to find a book I will enjoy or an author I have read about and would like to see if that author’s book will interest me. I guess I will have to find the nearest Barnes and Noble to fill the void! Thank you for a wonderful, albeit sad, article.
